In order to be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase and provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
- You must not have downloaded or used the product in a way that goes beyond the scope of the product’s license terms.
There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
- You have changed your mind about an item;
- You bought an item by mistake;
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
- You ask for goodwill;
- Your product purchase was made over 14 days ago.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please visit our contact page and send us a support request. Use the email address used during checkout when contacting us, describe the reason of refund, and select the relevant product.
Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review it and get back to you within 3 business days with a decision on whether your request has been approved or not. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.
Refunds and Cancellations
Please note that once a refund has been processed, any license keys or other product-related information will be invalidated and will no longer be usable. You will not be able to cancel your purchase or request a refund after the 14-day period has expired, so please make sure to request a refund within this timeframe if you are not satisfied with your product.
